Precautions to be taken by NCPUL Centres while applying for CCC Accreditation

 

·       Do not leave any column(s) blank in Part(A) or Part(B) of the Form and cutting/ overwriting and use of fluid is not allowed. Photocopy of any part of form not allowed.

·       Use Correct Performa / Part(A) and Part(B) should be on separate pages/Form Incomplete

·       In Sr No 4 in Part(A) & Part(B), write “NCPUL Centre” in an additional column

·       In Sr No 5 of Part(A) as well as Part(B),  write the Letter number and date of the letter vide which your Centre was approved by NCPUL . Attach a photocopy of this letter also

·       In Sr No 5 of Part(A) and Part(B),  do not write the Letter number and date of the letter vide which your Centre was approved by organization other than NCPUL.

·       In Part(B) please do not fill and sign in the portion titled “TO BE FILLED IN BY THE REGIONAL CENTRE”

 

Precautions to be taken by Students and NCPUL Centres while applying for CCC Examination

 

·       Prescribed Fee must be sent alongwith the examination forms.

·       For institutes which have not received CCC accreditation number from DOEACC Society, the last dates for submission of examination application forms are different. Please refer to DOEACC Society website.

·       For Direct Candidates, photocopy of 10th Class Pass Certificate duly attested by Gazetted Officer/Notary/Centre Incharge must be sent by the candidate.

·       The Centre Incharge may send the data of its students in MS Access on CD/DVD. For format of data entry, please click here

·       For speedier processing of the examination application form, the form must be properly filled by the candidate and must not be incomplete.

·       The examination application form must checked by the NCPUL Centre Incharge so that the form is not withheld or referred back to the institute. One incomplete form may lead to withholding of entire lot.

·       The Centre Incharge must fill in the check list carefully. The check list is given at the end of the application form.

·       For each Direct Candidate, separate draft must be sent.
